We maintain high standards of design for all advertising in our magazine and reserve the right the refuse any advertisement for any reason.

As a service to our advertisers, custom-designed advertising is available through our design department at highly competitive rates.

All rates are based on color, full-page or double-page spread advertisements and include up to 6 appearances in our magazine.

All custom ads are billed as follow;

$150 - Article Header
Includes up to 5 hours of work
$50/hour for each additional hour

You will be contacted by a member of our creative team to gather the necessary information and to consult with your specific needs (i.e. logo use, color choice, photography, etc.).

Each ad is custom created for your company and will utilize imagery, color, typography, etc. as deemed necessary to establish and enhance your image in our publication.

To maintain a high level of creativity and better target both your and our audience, we request that you leave the creative development to us so we can do what we do best.

You will be given the opportunity to view a proof and make minor revisions, however time and budgetary constraints limit us to only one round of revisions and approval.

We will include your company's logo (if applicable) and address/telephone/contact information. We will also include up to 2 lines (or 25 words appr.) of provided copy if desired.

We will consider the use of artwork or photography you may already have, but reserve the right to refuse the use of any artwork due to content, quality or appropriateness.

Any provided artwork must be in digital form or in camera-ready (scanable) form. 

Reuse:

Your custom designed ad will be stored in our system and reserved for you to use again up to 6 times (within 1 year) at no additional charge. After that, we encourage you to consider a new design to maintain a fresh image. Additional usage fees apply.

Terms:

Design fees are payable in advance.

The Zone does not take responsibility for typos, misspellings or other errors not corrected by client at time proof is presented.

All custom created artwork will remain the property of The Zone and may not be reproduced in any form without written consent.
